Because each piece is created in small quantities or as a one-of-a-kind work, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped. Cancelations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please email our customer service team at info@donnadi.com within 48 hours of your purchase. While we cannot guarantee cancellations as all sales are final, we’ll do our best to assist you.

Damages:

We carefully check and wrap all orders to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.

If your order happens to be damaged during transit, please reach out to our customer service team at info@donnadi.com within 24 hours of receiving it. In your email, kindly include the following information:

  1. Your full name and order number (found in your order confirmation email).

  2. A photo showing the damage to the product.

  3. Photos of the interior packaging and delivery box.
